Dynamic Pressure Calibration
Low Pressure Calibration System
The Model K9903C Pressure Calibration Workstation performs low pressure calibrations on a wide range of dynamic pressure sensors. The Model K9903C is an integrated system that includes the calibration fixture, data acquisition hardware, Windows PC, and software to automate test setup, data acquisition, data archiving, and report generation. The K9903C provides low (up to 150 psi [1 MPa]) transient pressure pulses to the sensor under test, in accordance with ANSI B88.1. The K9903C calculates sensor sensitivity, linearity, and discharge time constant.
Medium Pressure Calibration System
The Model K9907C Pressure Calibration Workstation performs pressure calibrations on a wide range of dynamic pressure sensors. The Model K9907C is an integrated system that includes the Aronson pressure step actuator, data acquisition hardware, Windows PC, and software to automate test setup, data acquisition, data archiving, and report generation. The K9907C provides step pressure pulses up to 1000 psi (6.9 MPa) to the sensor under test. The K9907C calculates sensitivity, linearity, and discharge time constant.
High Pressure Calibration System
The K9913C Dynamic Pressure Calibration System offers accurate dynamic calibration of pressure sensors over a pressure range of 200 to 15,000 psi using a stable tourmaline reference sensor. A pressure impulse is simultaneously applied to both the reference and sensor under test (SUT) to determine the sensitivity of a pressure sensor at a particular amplitude. By varying the amplitude level, the linearity of the SUT can also be determined.
Ultra High Pressure Calibration System
The Model K9905D Pressure Calibration Workstation performs high pressure calibrations on a wide range of dynamic pressure sensors. The Model K9905D is an integrated system that includes the calibration fixture, data acquisition hardware, Windows PC, and software to automate test setup, data acquisition, data archiving, and report generation. The K9905D provides high pressure calibration up to 80,000 psi (550 MPa) to the sensor under test.
