Industrial Grade Downhole orientation sensor and datalogger

We offer a combination of an orientation sensor and data logger for down-hole drilling applications. It incorporates triaxial acceleration sensor, triaxial magnetic field sensor, and temperature sensors, together with an on-board microprocessor, embedded software algorithm, non-volatile memory for configuration, flash datalogging memory, and serial communication interface. It provides accurate drill path measurements including Inclination, Azimuth, GTF, MTF, Dip Angle, sensor temperatures, G-TOT and H-TOT.

Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and Vertical reference unit (VRU)

Industrial-grade and OEM version Inertial Measurement and Vertical Reference Unit (IMU/VRU) offered by us utilizes micro inertial sensors for use in applications such as platform stabilization and vehicle health monitoring. These units with an onboard processor running an adaptive kalman filter (AKF) provide excellent static and dynamic inclination estimates and inertial measurements. All sensors are fully temperature compensated and calibrated over the full operating temperature range.

Attitude Heading Reference Systems (AHRS) (AHRS/GNSS)

Industrial-grade and OEM Attitude Heading Reference Systems (AHRS) utilizes the strengths of an integrated multi-axis gyroscope, accelerometer, and magnetometer in combination with temperature, and pressure readings to provide highly accurate attitude (including heading) and inertial measurements. To acquire sensor measurements and computed outputs offered AHRS uses a host computer, a communications port, and applicable software. All sensors are fully temperature compensated and calibrated over the full operating temperature range.

Industrial and tactical-grade navigation solutions with integrated GNSS, magnetometers and dual on-board processors running a sophisticated Expected Kalman Filter (EKF) provides excellent position, velocity and attitude estimates. These sensors are designed for navigation, platform stabilisation, antenna pointing, regime monitoring, robotic control and motion tracking applications. For deployment in harsh environments, it is designed with ruggedized enclosure meeting DO-160G standards.
